Another shoulder injury sham-eleon? These are spreading like the lurgy, that makes four of us so far afflicted. Course, it could just be a seasonal thing.

This just in! I hear there was a Russian study done a few years back. This guy only trained one side of his body, to see what effects it would have. Turns out the both sides of the body grew ( strengthened ) as only one side was being trained. Perfect time to work on those one arm lock offs and pull ups!
