Honey Pot FFA. Possible 5.13

Postby PeterA » Sun Jul 31, 2011 7:11 pm

I dunno if this climb has seen a clean ascent before now or not, but as far as I know I got the FFA on Honey Pot today. I would propose a tentative grade of 5.13 for the route. No individual move is exceptionally hard, but keeping it together for the entire 120' to the anchors of grandpa's demise is quite a task. The actual redpoint took me over an hour.

It's not quite fully bolted. I nested two cams between the first and second bolts, and then a few micros between bolts on the upper slab. All the pro is bomber though.
