NBCC Wall?

Anyone know when the NBCC wall is open during the week?

Tuesday/Thursday from 7-10 pm. Sometimes nobody shows up til 7:30 so dont give up hope if nobody is there at 7

Can anyone go climb at the wall? I've never climbed before...also don't have any gear. What would I need?
