Christmas XCountry Ski Trip - Chic Chocs

Hey - I want to go skiing in Chic Chocs over Christmas break...

was hoping for 3/4 days with 2/3 nights...leaving on the 26/27

hut to hut skiing in a beautiful spot! - -

I would totally be into that this year but I don't think I can swing it. however, I'd be up for a 2 day 1 night trip to Charlo. :)

I've never been either. close to new years... or on new years day/saturday maybe? dunnoo.... just a thought at the moment. :)

Although some regional ski resorts have announced their opening on Saturday, the Chic-Chocs delay to provide adequate snow cover for the practice of alpine touring. The last Thursday snow storm was not as abundant in the mountains as it might be expected for the areas around the Gîte du Mont Albert. Accumulations on the ground are not sufficient to cover roughness such as rocks and small trees,
